PocketLANce Software Development Kit (SDK) along with

Pocket PC platform - a new development package for Pocket PC developers that require the facility for mobile
users to access, write and read corporate network files.
PocketLANce SDK enables developers and system integrators with the option to quickly create data processing
applications capable of fast data communication between PDA-device and corporate network resources. Capability
to quickly and easily organize direct file interchange on several handheld-devices gives developers great
power to write program scripts both for vertical and horizontal markets, e.g. retail and personal services,
customer management, sales, promotion, marketing, etc.
PocketLANce SDK allows to incorporate the unique functionality of PocketLANce into developer systems and
applications. PocketLANce is a unique application allowing Pocket PC users to browse and manage LAN resources
from their PDA-devices. This software development bridges the gap between Pocket and Desktop PC applications.
In general, no additional hardware is needed to run PocketLANce SDK application: file access mode is supported as soon
as PDA-device is put in a cradle connected to any LAN computer, simultaneously providing its access to all network
files and folders. In addition, PocketLANce SDK provides full control of the state of the accessible network resources
and full diagnostics. Moreover, developers have the option of using Ethernet network adapters providing faster and
more comfortable access.
Actually Wireless Network Access
And, finally, PocketLANce SDK ensures an actual wireless access to the corporate network files and folders! Having
installed Remote Access Service (RAS) in the corporate network, developers obtain the capability to access corporate
network files either wirelessly or through modem.
