Problem: registration code is purchased but not received
In most cases you are receiving your registration letter at the same day you have placed your order.
In some rare cases it may take up to 2 business days. Only if you have not received it within 2
business days, you have a reason to worry.
Please fill the form below to request another copy of registration letter to be sent to you. REMEMBER: since the most probable reason of this problem is your email address used for purchase, try providing different email - without this step the problem may remain the same.

Other fields are not mandatory but greatly increase the chance to find your order promptly. Leaving them blank or filling with incorrect details will slower the processing of your request and may decrease the probability of success.
